You can pay your rent in various ways:
Direct debit
The easiest way to pay
Telephone the direct debit section on 01455 255861 during normal working hours to arrange this payment method. We offer two payment dates 1st or 15th
Standing order

Payment can be made by credit or debit card by telephoning 01455 619617(24 hour line). Please note that credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge.
Online
To make payments online please click Pay online. Here we give you information about paying online. Next, follow the link housing rent payments. Please make sure you have your tenancy reference ready.
Please note that by paying online, you will not be able to view your account or outstanding balance. To find out any details about your account including your outstanding balance, please contact a rents and arrears officer on 01455 255861 or 01455 255635.
Allpay payment card
Payments can be made at any of the shops and garages operating the PayPoint scheme and at any post office. Telephone 01455 255861 to request a payment card.
Please do not send cash through the post.
