Housing strategy 2018 to 2023 consultation
What was it all about?
The Borough Council prepared a new housing strategy which, once adopted, would make clear the priorities for the housing service up to 2023. Working in partnership with our stakeholders we aim to make the borough a safe, vibrant and attractive place to live. The Housing Strategy put forward the overarching priorities for housing and how we can address them in the work we will do over the next three years.
The Housing Strategy 2018 - 2023 sets out the three key housing issues which the borough is facing and the ways in which we can work together to address the issues.
The key issues:
- Availability of affordable housing
- Support for people’s needs and aspirations
- Housing standards
How you could get involved
The consultation ran for two weeks, from Tuesday 30 October to Tuesday 13 November.
Results
Results will be available after the consultation has finished.
