If you have recently suffered a bereavement and need to notify the council of the details of the deceased person(s) you can do this easily by filling out one form so that during your difficult time you only need to make one point of contact.

Once completed the online form can be distributed to any of the following service areas:

  1. Electoral registration
  2. Housing
  3. Housing and council tax benefits
  4. Council tax
  5. Business rates
  6. Environmental services

The completed form will only be distributed to the service areas which you indicate on the form.
