In accordance with the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012, the information on this page serves as notice that either a key or private decision (as indicated) will be made by the authority's Executive.
- Amendment to the Bus Station Development Agreement: The public and press will not have access to the report and the debate thereon in accordance with paragraph three of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 as it will contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of a third party. The public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in releasing the information due to the risk of releasing third party information (This notice was published on 1 October 2012, and as such a decision on this will not be made before 29 October 2012.)
- Mallory Park: key decision (provisional) (this notice was published on 4 October 2013, and as such a decision on this will not be made before 1 November 2013).
