How to cancel a service

If you have requested and paid for a pest appointment, micro chipping appointment or a land quality search and wish to cancel it within 14 days from the date of your request, please complete the cancellation form and return to the pollution team at the address on the form or by email to

Please note that this only applies to non business customers and to any pest control appointments made with our in-house pest control officer and not through our external pest control contractor.


If we have already started work on providing the service you have requested and you then cancel, you may have to pay a reasonable amount for the service that has already been provided.
