Property licences for landlords
If you are a landlord, you may need a property licence. Apply online for an HMO licence.
Tenant Community Fund
Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council has set up a one off fund of £20,000 for local communities to invest in local priority improvement projects in 2012. Any projects proposed have to benefit council tenants or benefit an area in which a majority of council tenants reside.
