Voluntary positions

In order to meet the new requirements arising from the Localism Act 2011, which are likely to come into effect on 1st July 2012, several public sector organisations are seeking to appoint a number of independent persons to play a key role in assisting to promote and maintain high standards of conduct amongst their elected councillors.
