What is a compliment?
A compliment is an expression of satisfaction, however made, about the standard of service, action or individual staff member's performance affecting an individual or group of customers.
Who can make a compliment?
Anyone using the council's services can compliment a service, either in person or through a third party.
How do I make a compliment?
To make a compliment please use our online form:
Alternatively you can download and complete our customer compliments form (DOC), make a compliment in writing, by email, by telephone, in person or you can contact the appropriate officer or line manager.
