If the blocked sewer is caused by rainwater, please contact Highways at Leicestershire County Council.
If it is caused by sewage, please contact Severn Trent.
Private properties
We offer a service for blocked drains or problems with private sewers. Find out more about our drain clearing service. Alternatively, contact Environmental Health at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council.
Please note: from October Severn Trent will deal with a blocked sewer where it affects more than one property; where one property is affected, please contact Environmental Health at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council.
Council properties
If the sewer or drain belongs to a council property, please contact Housing Repairs at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council.
(Council housing tenants should call our contact centre on 01455 238141 who will arrange for a contractor to call free of charge. )
