Garden (green waste) recycling service
Items we collect
The following items are suitable for the garden waste collection:
- Grass cuttings
- Flowers
- Plants
- Hedge clippings
- Leaves
- Bark
- Twigs and small branches
- Weeds
- Real Christmas trees cut to one metre in length
All garden waste must be loose.
If your brown lidded bin has details on the lid and front stating that cardboard can be put in the brown lidded wheeled bin, then please ignore this information. The service changed several years ago and now only garden waste is suitable in the brown lidded wheeled bins.
