3.9. Notices, orders, directions and proceedings under planning acts. Data owner: this council

Do any of the following subsist in relation to the property, or has a local authority decided to issue, serve, make or commence any of the following:

  1. Enforcement notice
  2. Stop notice
  3. Listed building enforcement notice
  4. Breach of conditions notice
  5. Planning contravention notice
  6. An other notice relating to breach of planning control
  7. Listed building repairs notice
  8. In the case of a listed building deliberately allowed to fall into disrepair, a compulsory purchase order with a direction for minimum compensation
  9. Building preservation order
  10. Direction restricting permitted development
  11. An order revoking or modifying planning permission
  12. An order requiring discontinuance of use or alteration or removal of building works
  13. Tree preservation order
  14. Proceedings to enforce a planning agreement or planning contribution
