It is easy to make payments online. Our payment  pages are secure.

Charges

Please note that payment by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge which will be added to your transaction.

It is safe

All of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption, when transmitted over the internet. Your card details are stored behind a secure firewall. Only authorised personnel can access this information.

You can pay online at any time

If you make a payment over the weekend and on bank holidays, it will be credited to your account the next working day. All payments paid up to 3.15pm (15.15) will be credited to your account on the same day. All payments taken after that will be processed the next working day.

Receipts

You will receive details of your payment on your screen after you make payment. You can print this out as confirmation. If you provide us with an email address we will send confirmation of your payment to your email address.

Please note

Choose sundry debts to pay for solo alarms, piper alarms, market rents, licence renewals, site inspections (building control), industrial rent, the Bond Scheme (housing) and the Prevention Scheme (housing).

Choose miscellaneous to pay for one off payments such as the fee to transfer a licence.

Choose housing rent payments to pay your garage rent.

New: Recycling wheeled bin

You can now order and pay online for a recycling wheeled bin.

• If you have an invoice number from us please select sundry debt
• If you do not have an invoice number, please select miscellaneous, then Street Services, then Rental recycling bin

You can also pay at a PayPoint outlet. There are several in the borough.
