Yes. All of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption, when transmitted over the internet. Your card details are stored behind a secure firewall. Only authorised personnel can access this information.

In order for a transaction to take place securely your browser must support 128 bit encryption. Internet Explorer users can check this by clicking 'Help' on their browser toolbar, and then selecting 'About Internet Explorer' (Cipher Strength). Netscape users can check their encryption levels once inside a secure site by clicking on the security padlock.

Although you can make online payments at any time, your payments can only be credited to your account during the week. Payments taken over the weekend and on bank holidays will be credited to your account the next working day. All payments paid up to 3.15pm (15.15) will be credited to your account on the same day. All payments taken after that will be processed the next working day.

You will receive details of your payment on your screen after you make payment. You can print this out as confirmation. If you provide us with an email address we will send confirmation of your payment to your email address.
