Do you struggle to pay your rent or Council Tax because you are on a low income? Maybe you are in receipt of state benefits, disabled, off work due to sickness or caring for someone.

Are you a single person aged 60 or over whose weekly income is below £124.05 per week or a couple aged 60 or over whose weekly income is below £185.35 per week?

If you fall into any of these categories, you may be entitled to Housing and/or Council Tax Benefit.

There are a lot of people in the borough who are not claiming the benefits that are rightfully theirs. If you think you should be claiming or know someone who is struggling, we want you to contact us.
