At Hinckley and Bosworth we want to provide our customers with better access to our services, therefore we now have the Golden Promise.

The Golden Promise means that if you can bring in to the office all the relevant information for your claim or change in circumstance before 3pm - your claim can be assessed while you wait. Alternatively if you cannot wait, the Benefits Office can call you with the outcome of your claim, once your claim has been dealt with.

If you apply after 3pm your claim will be processed within 24 hours of receiving it in this office. If your claim is received after 3pm on a Friday, it will de dealt with on the following Monday.)
