Land Charges Scale of Fees Fees LLC1 - £31 LLC1 Main Search request form, asks the main questions such as planning history. Often accompanied with a plan if the site is not an obvious one. Forms first part of a full search CON 29R Constitutes the second part of a full search. Asks a wide range of additional questions such as Building Regulations and Development Control Enforcement history. Some questions relate to third parties such as Severn Trent and County Highways. Personal Search Essentially a visit to the offices to view the data required to fill in a LLC1 form. Data is presented to the searcher in an informal format. CON29R Uncompiled Following the recent changes to legislation, personal searchers also have to answer all the questions for a CON29. To keep costs down this information can be made available by publishing the various registers. Where publishing the register is not possible a fee can be charged on a cost recovery basis and the personal searcher is presented with 'raw' data. The searcher must contact third parties themselves. CON29 Optional An additional list of optional questions which may be asked by either a full search or personal search. Not compulsory. Full Search Both a completed LLC1 form and CON29R form compiled by the Local Authority. All information provided by the authority is guaranteed by the authority. Commons Search An additional question asked to the County Council at a fee set by the county. We offer to administer the asking of the question at no additional cost if it accompanies a search. Alternatively searchers may wish to approach the County Council directly. Scales of Fees as of 6 April 2009
