On 23 September 2009 Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council are holding their third Landlord Forum in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices in Hinckley. The event will take place between 10am and 12pm followed by a buffet. If you are a landlord or potential landlord and want to find out more about our new E-Citizen Service, please come along to this important event. Other issues that will be covered on the day are: Council Tax Discounts available, Benefit legislation changes from 02.11.09 regarding the disregard of Child benefit, Benefit Fraud and how to report fraudulent tenants. We will also have a local landlord, Nigel Stanley, who will be talking about the correct way to deal with problem tenants. There will be an opportunity for landlords to discuss any issues they would like to raise at the end.
