How to contact our Benefit Service For claim forms, advice and information you can reach us by:Visiting our Offices The Customer Services team are available to help and advise during office opening times. Our enquiry desk is at our main offices at Argents Mead, Hinckley. The Benefits service is available from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 16:30 on Friday. You can also ring to arrange a visit if you are not able to get into the offices and you do not have anyone else to help you. Send an Email You can use email to contact us about your benefit. We will look at this and can reply by email or in writing. You can also write to us about our service using email, please tell us what you think and what changes you would like to see. Benefits Service - Tell us what matters to you We want to know what matters to our Customers when they use the Benefits Service. Please could you complete the feedback form to let us know what you think about the Benefits Service. Have a Home Visit Do you have restricted mobility? If yes, phone, write or email our benefit office. We will arrange a suitable time to visit you at your home to complete your form and look at your income and savings papers. Our staff will carry proof of their identity, you can ring our office if you are unsure about a persons identity. We can only visit during office opening times.
