The council's Planning and Regulatory Committee meets every four weeks. The meetings are held on a Tuesday at 6:30pm in the Council Chamber, Council Offices, Argents Mead, Hinckley.

There are 17 Members of the Committee. 

Agendas for the Planning Committee will be available five working days prior to Planning Committee.

Minutes for the Planning Committee meetings. will be available one week after Planning Committee.
