The council has a license to use Ordnance Survey Maps for its' own business.

The council may sell plans to those people who intend to use them to support planning and advertisement applications; building regulations and consents for listed buildings/conservation areas. The royalty charges are set out by Ordnance Survey and the council adds an administrative charge for the processing of the transaction.
