This area of the website will assist you if you wish to make a complaint or compliment a service received from the Council. It deals with two types of complaints: complaints (and compliments) about council services or staff; and complaints about Borough or Parish Councillors who may have breached the Code of Conduct.

There are clear definitions in each section about what you can complain about and how to do so.
