Tenant Participation

The Borough Council Housing Service is committed to providing tenants with opportunities to become actively involved in services that we deliver. Tenant participation is about the Housing Service and tenants working together, sharing ideas and views to shape and deliver a service that reflects tenants needs. The council's Tenant Participation services are lead by the Senior Neighbourhood Housing officer and three Neighbourhood Housing officers. Within their roles they encourage and support tenant involvement throughout the borough.
