It can be quite daunting when you first move into a new area - wondering when your bin will be emptied and how you can recycle as well as finding out about whom you need to contact to get things done. The welcome pack in pdf format (6.8 MB) is designed to answer all of those questions and point you in the right direction.

The Hinckley and Bosworth Borough has much to offer - from great employment opportunities, through to fabulous countryside. This council is involved with the majority of day-to-day services and activities that you come in contact with: from caring for the environment, to supporting businesses, to ensuring that tourism thrives, to making planning decisions, to emptying your bins.

We want to work closely with you to ensure that you are happy with the services we provide. Four times a year you will receive our newspaper called ‘the Borough Bulletin’, which we use to keep you up-to-date with what we’re doing.
