• Don't use unnecessary words
• Enter words in either UPPER, lower, or Mixed Case - it doesn't matter
• Leave spaces between words
• If you would like documents like pdfs, Word and Excel documents to appear in the results, please check the box next to 'Include documents in search'
• When results are returned, the most relevant results are at the top of the list
