Remedial action we can take
In the event that a complaint is substantiated, we will initiate any remedial action as quickly as is practicable. In the event that the matter, or the subject of the complaint, has led to financial or other loss we will give proper consideration to compensating for that loss.
All substantiated complaints will be reported to a council committee and a copy of the report will be available for members of the public as well as the complainant.
