An inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State and the appeal will be heard by way of a public inquiry. It is envisaged that the inquiry will be held as a virtual event, opening at 10am on Wednesday 8 December 2021 at Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley. It will resume at 9:30am on subsequent days. The inquiry is scheduled to sit for up to seven days.
Attending the inquiry
Anyone wishing to attend the inquiry, either to observe or speak, must make their interest known to the council by Monday 6 December 2021. If you wish to speak, it is important that you attend on the first day.
