An inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State and the appeal will be heard by way of a public inquiry. It is envisaged that the inquiry will be held as a in person event, opening at 10am on Tuesday 29 November 2022 at Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley. It will resume at 9:30am on subsequent days. The inquiry is scheduled to sit for up to seven days.

Attending the inquiry
