Earl Shilton District Centre Delivery Plan
Overview
In line with the Council’s Town Centres’ Vision, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, in partnership with Earl Shilton Town Council, has produced a delivery plan with the aim of highlighting potential development opportunities and improvements in Earl Shilton to boost its economic success and attractiveness. Sites within the plan include the Earl Shilton Sustainable Urban Extension; King William Public House, Wood Street Car Park, Factory, 12 Keats Lane, and Westfield Farm.
