We are currently receiving a high volume of applications to the service for assistance.

If you are a new customer and need advice, please do one of the following:

Due to the current high volume of calls, a member of the Customer Services team will take some basic details from you, and request a call back from the Housing Options team on your behalf. You will be advised when you should expect a call back, in line with the prioritisation timescales currently in place to manage the increased demand.  

If you are an existing customer, please contact us using our housing options contact form or email your Housing Options Officer directly.

Please note, we no longer offer drop in sessions at the Hub, and request that customers arrange an appointment to see a housing options officer before attending the offices. If you require urgent assistance and attend the Hub without an appointment, there may be a delay in an officer seeing you, and this will be on a sit and wait basis.
