Banks 'bring sites' and trade recycling
- Paper and cardboard - banks are emptied by the Borough Council in-house team and taken to Casepak Leicester in Enderby
- Plastics and cans - banks are emptied by the Borough Council in-house team and taken to Casepak Leicester in Enderby
- Glass - banks are emptied by the Borough Council in-house team and taken to Casepak Leicester in Enderby
- Small electrical items - these are collected and taken to a disposal site as agreed with Leicestershire County Council
Other electrical items
These are taken to a disposal site as agreed with Leicestershire County Council then recycled.
Items collected by the Council
These items are recycled where possible. Untreated wooden items will be processed for composting, metal items will go for recycling and electrical appliances will also be recycled as above.
