Programme of works

Each year, we carry out a number of planned maintenance to replace defective or old elements of the building. For example:

• Re-roofing programmes
• Improvements to the property
• Kitchen or bathroom improvements

Currently the programme of works below are being carried out.

During the lockdown period, if you would prefer to rearrange the works please advise us accordingly.

You do not need to contact us in order to be considered for this upgrade to your home as we review council properties every year. However, if you feel that your property has deteriorated significantly, please book an inspection for us to assess the condition, by reporting your repair to us:
