Residents satisfaction with council services
This survey was only for tenants of Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council. In order to take part in the survey you will need the password and survey number which was in the letter that was sent out to you.
What was it about?
The survey was about how satisfied you were with us as your landlord. We wanted to know how satisfied tenants are with the services we provide so that we can identify improvements that will better meet their needs.
How could you get involved
We asked our tenants to complete an online survey or complete and send back a form which we sent to them by post.
