The Hinckley and Bosworth Local Plan has been published at the Regulation 19 (Pre‑submission) publication stage.
Formal representations are invited from 12 noon on Friday 7 August and will run until 5pm on Monday 21 September.
What’s it all about?
At this stage of the Local Plan Review, the Regulation 19 Local Plan is a full pre-submission document that is being consulted on prior to the submission to the Secretary of State later this year.
During the Regulation 19 publication stage of the Local Plan Review, the consultation is focused on whether the Local Plan documentation is sound and legally compliant.
