Tenancy policy
The detail of how the objectives in a tenancy strategy will be achieved will be set out in the registered provider’s own tenancy policy. All registered providers need to produce a tenancy policy, including local authorities who still own their own stock. A companion document to this tenancy strategy is therefore Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council’s tenancy policy, which gives the detail on how the council will respond to the issues in the tenancy strategy.
