An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Customer Service Adviser. We require a candidates who is committed to providing excellent customer service. You will be friendly and diplomatic, with good communication skills and enjoy working with the public.

As part of a dedicated team, working in a highly pressurised environment, you will ensure the delivery of a first class and professional front line service either by telephone or face to face.

You will handle requests which range from receiving visitors to complex enquiries about council services including Housing and Council tax benefit.

Experienced within a customer service environment and educated to GCSE level or equivalent, you will be an excellent communicator and possess accurate IT skills.
