OVER 50’s are being invited to an informative meeting at the Hinckley Hub where they can find out how older people's needs are being accommodated in the local plans for housing.
The Older Voices Forum takes place on Monday 19 February at 2pm in the De Montfort Suite and will include discussions on the Housing Consultation Draft and local plans for the future for housing in the borough.
Attendees are welcome to bring a friend or neighbour to the meeting. The Hinckley Hub has limited free parking spaces available.
Occurring three times a year, the Older Voices Forum arranges speakers on topics of interest to residents over 50 and welcomes suggestions on future items for discussion. The subject for the meeting in May will be dementia awareness.
