Keep Safe Places scheme
Introduction to the scheme
The Keep Safe Places scheme offers a safe refuge for anyone who is upset, scared or distressed whilst out shopping in busy shopping areas. The keep safe place can call or, help you call, someone to help you (for example, a friend, carer, relative, police or emergency services).
The scheme is supported by Hinckley & Bosworth Community Safety Partnership and a number of town centre businesses who also support the scheme. Participating shops and businesses display a ‘Keep Safe Place’ sticker in their windows to indicate that they are part of the scheme.
