How to report a breach of planning
There are a number of ways to report a breach of planning.

All enforcement complaints are treated in confidence, but we will contact you to gather further information and to discuss concerns.
Once your complaint has been received by us, you can expect to receive an acknowledgement within three days of receiving the complaint.
After the complaint is logged, one of our officers will attempt to carry out a site visit and make an initial investigation within seven days.
Following this, the case officer dealing with the alleged breach may need to contact you for further information and to discuss your concerns.
