Major Incident Plan
As a duty under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, the council has to publish all or parts of the plans that it produces in relation to dealing with emergencies.
The Major Incident Plan was reviewed in 2015 and a limited part of the plan (which has had all restricted information removed from it) is provided to give a background overview of the procedures that the council will adopt in the event of an emergency.
