If you wish to view historical documents online in respect of an application that doesn't appear on the system, please contact us by using our planning contact form

Copies of legal documents

Copies of our section 106 agreements (s106) are available on planning online under the relevant planning application reference. 

For copies of other legal agreements or documents referred to in search results, please use our planning contact form. Where possible, we will email a copy of the document to you free of charge.

For copies of section 38 agreements (s38) or other highways related matters, please contact Leicestershire County Council.
