Examination in public (EiP)

The Secretary of State appointed an inspector to conduct an examination in public to determine whether the Borough Council met the duty to co-operate in the preparation of the Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document (DPD) and whether the document was sound and compliant with legal requirements.

The Inspector held the examination hearing sessions between 29 September and 7 October 2015 and the findings have been incorporated into the Inspector's final report. All examination documents are available on request.
