Site Allocations and Development Management Policies DPD
Overview

This document, formerly known as the Local Development Plan (LDP), forms part of the Local Plan 2006 to 2026. It identifies sites for uses such as housing, employment, retail, open space and community facilities that will deliver the aims, vision and objectives of the Core Strategy. It also contains 25 development management policies which will be used to assess planning applications over the plan period.
Adoption
Following the examination of the document by the Planning Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, the Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Development Plan was formally adopted on 12 July 2016.
