We tweet council news and events and we also retweet information from other local individuals, organisations, charities and businesses which is of interest to our residents. Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council uses a number of social media websites so that we can reach as many residents as possible, quickly and informally.

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council - main council account

As well as news, events and information from the council, it also features news, events and links to other web pages which may be of interest to local residents and businesses. You can post questions on our wall and we'll get back to you by the next working day.

The Atkins Building - the official account for the council-owned Atkins Building

Based within former Atkins hosiery factory, the Atkins in Hinckley is an exciting mixed-use centre for the local creative and business communities. The Grade II listed building has been completely redeveloped to provide nearly 40,000 square feet of space. It is divided into creative studios and serviced office space, an art gallery, café, and meeting and function rooms.

Like the page to receive news and special offers from the creative businesses based at Atkins and keep up to date with its regular programme of events and exhibits.

Feast Hinckley - the official facebook page for the Feast Hinckley event in Argents Mead, Hinckley.

The aim of the Feast Hinckley page is to promote Hinckley's free entry Food and Drink Festival which started in 2017. The event runs over two days in the summer and hosts a range of food and drink vendors, live bands, a 120ft inflatable assault course, entertainment & more. Hinckley Market - the official facebook page for Hinckley Market on Castle Street and Market Place.

The aim of the Hinckley Market facebook page is to showcase Hinckley town centre's market stalls which run on Monday, Friday & Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Like this page to see regular photos, updates and offers.

HBBC Jobs - the official facebook page for current council vacancies and other jobs related news.

The HBBC Jobs facebook page focuses mainly on advertising jobs available at the council, but also aims to promote other jobs and opportunities in the borough.
