Our booklet

We have created a useful booklet in response to COVID-19 containing advice to help you stay healthy at home. The aim of the booklet is to help you to reflect on their health which may have been impacted by these challenging times.

The booklet contains advice and support on making positive changes to improve physical health and mental wellbeing.

The booklet contains sections relating to every member of the local community, from healthy eating to alcohol, physical activity, sleep and menopause.
