Your Voice. Your Service. Your Standards.
We are creating a new housing code of conduct, and we want our tenants to help shape it.
This code will set out the standards of behaviour, professionalism and customer service you should expect from our housing team. Most importantly, we want it to be created with the people who use our services every day.
Join our tenant co-creation workshop
It's a chance to sit down with us, share your experiences and ideas, and help create the standards that will guide how housing services are delivered in the future.
We want your views on:
- What great customer service looks like
- How housing staff should communicate with tenants
- What behaviours build trust and confidence
- The commitments tenants should expect from the housing service
- Things that should never happen when dealing with our service
