How to get involved as a tenant

Housing consultations

The housing service is keen to ensure that residents are consulted on issues that affect them.

We ask all tenants to complete a housing satisfaction survey once every two years and we use this, as well as other surveys and methods, to inform our service development plans.

Tenant satisfaction survey 2022

The survey will tell us how we are doing as your landlord. Your answers will be anonymous and will be used to help us improve the services we provide to you. Filling in the survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes.

To complete the survey, you will need your password and survey number from your invitation letter:

Other surveys

You can also take part in our other surveys to receive electronic communications and tell us about your smoking habits.

Opt out of paper and into digital communications

If you are happy to receive electronic communications instead of paper (where possible), please supply us with your email address and mobile number:

Smoking survey

You can take part in our smoking survey to help us discover the smoking habits of our tenants.

From the results, we can identify which properties are smoke free and provide our tenants who smoke and use e-cigarettes with additional support and information:

Residents events

Don't forget to join us at one of our residents events, for information on our upcoming events, and how to register, visit resident events and meetings
