The housing service is keen to ensure that residents are consulted on issues that affect them.
We ask all tenants to complete a housing satisfaction survey once every two years and we use this, as well as other surveys and methods, to inform our service development plans.
Tenant satisfaction survey 2022
The survey will tell us how we are doing as your landlord. Your answers will be anonymous and will be used to help us improve the services we provide to you. Filling in the survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
