The Responsive Maintenance Team is situated in both the Jubilee Building and The Hub, Hinckley. The team comprises:

- Eddy West: Housing Operations Team Leader
- Beverley Thorp: Property Compliance Officer
- Carla Stagg: Helpdesk and Scheduling Team Leader
