The Responsive Maintenance Team is situated in both the Jubilee Building and The Hub, Hinckley. The team comprises:

• Eddy West: Housing Operations Team Leader
• Beverley Thorp: Property Compliance Officer
• Carla Stagg: Helpdesk and Scheduling Team Leader
