The services we provide

Our team is committed to providing an excellent customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately. All benefit matters are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.

In the Hinckley and Bosworth area there are 2709 people receiving housing benefit and 5002 people receiving council tax support.

Many people do not receive the help that they are entitled to, so please contact the Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council on 01455 238141. Alternatively, you can use our benefits calculator at the bottom of this page which enables you to find out whether you will be entitled to help without having to give your details to a third party.

Home visits

Do you have restricted mobility? If yes, you can phone, write or complete our contact form below to request a visit. We will arrange a suitable time to visit you at your home to complete your form and look at your income and savings papers.

Our staff will carry proof of their identity, you can ring our office if you are unsure about a person's identity. We can only visit during office opening times.
