Groby Community Centre is located on Forest Rise, LE6 0BB. It is managed by a part-time scheme manager.
Current activities are as follows:
- Wednesday:
- Fun key moves: 9:30am to 10:30am - easy exercise for the over 60's. Contact Hazel on 07817 303018
- Mini trampoline fitness class: 6pm to 7pm. Contact Becky by email - onesixeightfitness@icloud.com
- Yoga class: 7pm to 8pm. Contact Becky by email - onesixeightfitness@icloud.com
- Thursday:
- The friendly club: 9.30am to 10.30am. Ladies get together. Just turn up and you will be made welcome. Organiser - Paula
- Friday:
- Taekwondo School: 4.30pm to 5.30pm. For children. Contact Master Sahota on 07802444369
- One Sunday a month:
- 6.30pm to 7.30pm Sound Meditation Group.
- Once a month - day varies:
- Mindfulness: 6.30pm to 8pm - Full Moon Crystal Workshop. Ladies' meditation group. Contact Lee-Ann Deacon on 07480 222649
Rooms are available at the weekends for children's birthday parties (under 10 years of age only).
