Our tenant census 2026
What is the tenant census?
Between 7 October 2026 and 20 October 2026, we are running a project with an independent research agency, Service Insights Ltd, to update the tenant information we hold. This information will help us improve the services we provide to you as a tenant.
The survey is voluntary, and all information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence and held securely.
Depending on the contact information we currently hold for you, the survey may be sent by email, SMS text message or telephone call. Where applicable, you will receive a link to complete the survey online, or you may be contacted directly by a researcher.
The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
